what setting do i need to get osnap to recognise intersections in a hatch pattern?

snap to intersection should work
or snap to apparent intersection

With A2K5 came a system variable OSNAPHATCH that allows for turning off osnaps on hatch objects:

0 - ignore hatch objects when osnaps are on
1 - snap to hatch objects
