Is there a way when you use a point parameter to move a block it the insertion point can move with it, or remain centered?

Thank You,

Thank You,if you don't have any parameter grips at that point, just grab the insertion point node. i do it all the time w/ my DB's

I don't follow. Can you explain some more please?plane normal blocks have an 'insertion' point node. if you highlight the block, grab the grip, you are able to move the block using the first default option of the typical grip modification tools. it doesn't work so well when you have a parameter grip occupying the same point.

We are talking about two different things.

Will, are you wanting to move the block around using the point parameters and still have to insertion point remain in the centre of the 'rectangle'? If so simply add a base point parameter and add it to all of the move actions

unless this is what you were referring too....Yes, that was it. Thanks guys, I didn't realize just adding a basepoint would do that.

Thanks again guys.
