I need to show in several floor plans the restroom area in color. Thanks to the new visibility feature, I can filter this by unchecking all the other rooms (value), but is there a way that i can check or uncheck all rooms simultaneously in the color scheme editor? There isn't a "check all" or "check none" button (like in the visibility/graphic overrides) nor a way to shift and select all the rooms, so I've been unchecken over 1200 rooms this morning.

use a filter that does not equal the name and apply it to every view

Yeah, but the color scheme legend shows all the rooms though. I would like it to only show the rooms that are visible in that view. So far, the only way I can do that is to uncheck all the values in the color scheme editor.

Are you using 2008? In the properties of the legend change the value for "Values Displayed" to By View instead of All. If not using 2008, another good reason to do so then.

That's what I was looking for. Thanks.
