Anyone had any problems with this combination? I have two Windows64 installs, both got manual installs of RAC 2008, while the rest of the office got a PrismDeploy install created from the same downloaded build as the 64 bit manual installs. All the 32 bit installs work fine, but both 64 bit installs have a problem reading the Materials MLIB file. I even tried a copy of the file on the server, and the 32 bit installs work fine, but the 64 bit installs don't.
I would have thought something so fundamental would have been caught as a bug, so I suspect there is something we are doing wrong, but for the life of me it looks like RAC 2008 on Windows 64 just doesn't like the materials file. Any thoughts, anyone?

Thanks,
Gordon

The Windows 64 was a complete disaster for me, and that was with Revit 9.1!
I had materials library problems then!
I'm currently using back with XP Pro on the 64 bits system.
I'm still questioning the 64bit thing in the back of my mind though.

I had Revit 9.1 working fine on a Windows XP 64 bits system. But i install without any library and then pointed the ini to the right folder.

I tried that also, with the materials on the server and a 32 bit install looking at the same materials. 64 bit will boot, give the rendering error, and refuse to render.

Bug report time, and crossed fingers for a real 64 bit version soon.
