sloping floor

I have a floor that I am sloping with a "defines slope" line and I am trying to attach a slab edge wall sweep to the sloped portion of the floor and it wont add the sweep to the slab. It will allow it at each end be not the whole thing. It does work on a totally horizontal slab but not the sloped one. what gives?

Never mind I figured it out. You have to apply the slab edge to the slab prior to sloping it.
