Room Tag ?

I created a room tag to show room name and room size....worked great
I inserted it into my drawing and typed in the room sizes into all of the tags, but now I don't want to show the size in some of the rooms but when I blank out the size I am left with a ? which is visible and still prints. I have hit a wall with trying to resolve this issue....How do I get rid of this darn "?"?

You may need to create two types within your Room Tag family and specify two Graphics parameters to be able to toggle the values on or off for each family type. Then, once this is set, you can apply the Room Tag type with the Area parameter turned off where you don't want to show a value, and use the other type where you want to show both Room Name and Area. See attached Family Types dialog for a similar example.
