Raised Paneling Wainscoting

I am trying to create a raised panel wainscot. What I attempting to do is make all the panels to adjust parametrically with an array. By calling out the length, number of panels and style widths.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

First thing that comes to mind is using the wall-hosted casework family.

I would use linebased or just a sweep with a surface pattern.
