Window's Trim not cuttin wall sweeps

I've nested a window inside of a trim family that has a void set to cut the wall. The problem I'm having is that if the window opening doesn't cut the wall sweep than the window trim doesn't cut the sweep.

See attached jpg files. In Window.jpg, the window opening is cutting the wall sweep so the trim is allowed to cut the sweep. However, in problem 1.jpg, since the the window opening is NOT cutting the wall sweep the trim is not allowed to cut the sweep.

How do I solve this problem?

Wall sweeps have a parameter for offset from opening so you can set that to your typical trim width. Then the rest have to be modified by dragging the blue grip at the end of each sweep segment.
