Keynote in schedule but not in views.

I have a project where I am using Revit's keynotes and filtering them by sheet. The keynotes are User type. This has been working wonderfully until I started noticing some keynotes showing up on the schedule, but not in any of the views on the sheet. I've turned on everything in the visibility settings of the views, and I've expanded the crop region way beyond the limits of the project. I still don't see all the keynotes that show up in the schedule. Does anyone know how to find and delete the offending keynotes? As a workaround, I will filter out the keynote values I don't want to see, but this won't work in every instance. BTW, I'm using 9.1. Thanks.
