I am having issues creating an eccentric cone with a spherical end on it.

Creating an eccentric cone I can do, it's creating it with a conical end that is my hurdle.

I have attached a dwg with a rough example, don't mind the lack of accuracy, purely a sketch atm.

For all you super-cad-geeks, this is your moment.

I need a smooth transition all the way around where the cone meets the sphere. The final object will need to be accurate, so I won't be able to eyeball it, like I can while finding a method.

Anyone able to lend some guidance here?

Hi,
Will this do?
I made it in AutoCad 2008, so preferably to open the file Eccentric 2008 if you have AutoCad 2008, otherwise it will be mesh.
Procedure is like that:
I hope there is no problem to make symmetrical part, right? Just cylinder and cone, ore one revolved profile - as you want. Then the not symmetric cone with cut end - just make it with loft command, but you need to extend it till the end of the rounded part of this cone and then fillet it. If you need more precise description let me know.
