1:100 is the best scale for my Site Plan which I would like to create under my custom scales, but seems like I can't achieve this.....1:100 is really not 1:100....it has to be 1:1200 in order to give the correct 100 scale.

Please help

Do you need to change your units from fractions to decimal feet?

No dgreen, When we show our Site Plan, sometimes it is in Engineering Scale such as 1"=80'-0" (1:80) but I would like 1"=100'-0" (1:100)
I hope that I am clear enough.

1:1200 = 1:100 in revit, there is no way to make it read 1:100, so just create a new viewport type with an edited view title family that includes text for the scale.

If you have to change the scale to 1:1200 then your working in architectural inches....us civil drafters and architectural drafters always get at each others throats because we always have to scale by 12 for our drawings to work together. Civil drawings are always in decimal feet, never in feet and inches.
