Tag all not tag

“Tag all not tag” - to tag only “untag”, not both. Option to show and delete duplicate tags.

Not sure what you mean, this command only tags items that are not tagged already, in the view you use the command in. It will not place tags on top of existing tags. If that is happening you need to let them know under what circumstances it happens.
