wierdest error?

hi,
when working in Revit, the application just closed with this error showing...what does it mean? any one else encountered this?
and another thing is that the surface pattern category for all components is missing in the visibility graphics in Revit Architecture 2008...why has it been taken off from Revit 9.1. any other workaround that anyone has to address this issue now?

Hi..

First of all, Make sure that you have correct installation..i mean please download your revit setup from Autodesk website. Also, make sure that you are using the best compatible Hardware and operating system. If you have all these try and reinstall your revit once again..if this won't solve your problem than you will need to contact to your reseller..

The surface pattern isn't missing, it is moved...to its own column in Visibility Graphics overrides. Take a second look.
