c/m problems

I am trying to understand the c/m function. I have linked in the structural model, preselected the columns thru the options. After copying in all of the columns I noticed the rectangle. concrete columns are rotated in plan 90d. What would cause this to happened?

I figured out the problem. The Structural model's rectangle columns parameters were different from the arch. model's parameters. Length and width were reversed.
