Revit cannot load the element with ID 2925317 error

Trying to upgrade a project to RA2008
I get this error:

Revit cannot load the element with ID 2925317.

What do I need to do to find this element in 9.1 before upgrading?

And it will not let me upgrade this Project, Gives me that "serious error has occurred"
"Save a Recovery file" or "Continue without a save".

IS REVIT FORWARD COMPATIBLE?

Open it in 9.1, go to Tools - Element IDs - Select By ID, and type in that ID number, click Show. If it won't show, click OK to select it and go to properties to figure out what the element is. Best thing to do is delete it, upgrade the file, then recreate it. If it's a complicated element, copy it out to a new project, and paste it back in later.

Under the tools menu - Element ID's (right at the bottom) - Select by ID
Type in the element ID and click the show button to open a view with the element highlighted

After jumping through a few "recovery file" loops, I got the file to upgrade. it looks good graphically so far.
