I have a large shedule table that I need to put in two A4 sheets. Can I do that in Revit and how?

There are a couple of ways.

1.The OLD (unfiltered ) way.
Drop the schedule onto the first sheet. Split it in two using the blue split tool. Move the second half off that sheet. Go to the second sheet, drop in the schedule ( it will already be split ) and position the second half on that sheet.

2. The NEW (filtered way )
Make a duplicate of the schedule and rename it appropriately.
Filter the first schedule to contain only those items that are to appear on the first sheet. If this is just to divide into two halves, use " less than " a known element that will produce the two parts of the schedule for instance. Drop that schedule into the first sheet. Repeat for second sheet using the appropriate filter for that.
