Soldier Course Brick Alignment

Hello there

Has anyone every come across a problem where a brick soldier course above a 900 wide doorway will not align with the brickwork of the wall.
For some reason instead of showing 12 brick soldiers couse above the door it shows 1/2 a brick the 11 soldier bricks the another 1/2 brick, using the align tool I can get the brickwork of the wall and the door opening correct, ensureing the the but the soldier course never aligns correctly.

Does anyone have any ideas.

If these are windows/doors that are allways that width use model lines and place them exactly where you want them. Or with the array command you could add a parametric value so when the window or door grows you number of bricks will be adjusted.
