I cannot make it work the format " use scale name" for a viewportscale field. When used, it always shows the word "viewportscale". Does anyone eperience the same problem?
thanks

Hi

I am not sure I am fully understanding your question. Sorry.

But! see if the following helps...

ID: TP00137 - How to create label and callout blocks (http://usa.autodesk.com/getdoc/id=TP00137)

Have a good one, Mike

To be more specific
I use a title block provided by the program ( Metric stb) and edit the format of the viewportscale field to "use scale name". When I insert that title block to a view, or when used in callouts, it doesn't resolve and shows instead the word "viewportscale".
thanks

Hi

Is the Block which contains the Attribute (Field -> SheetSetPlaceholder -> ViewportScale -> Use scale name) set as "Label Block for Views" in your Sheet Set?

Plus, are you placing Modelspace views in your Layouts via the "Model Views" tab in Sheet Set Manager?

Have a good one, Mike
