Possible? If so, how?

TIA,

create a wall hosted family of the opening, or edit the profile of the wall.

**edit: just realized you can't edit a curve wall profile. but i was able to place the Out-of-the-box arched opening family in the wall find. see attached

First option was just a sweep and second option was a blend. Depends on whether you want the opening to be perpendicular t the wall on the edges or to a flat plane. I had trouble placing arched family in curved wall, but i have not really had a look at the family, might be able to "fix" it.

Make an in-place void of the wall category with the shape you want, then use Cut Geometry between the wall and the void.

More difficult is to have a frame around this opening... Which is very often needed I think...

Its not that bad to frame around the opening. Seth when you get in you can pulldown the Fiddlers Creek library, I have a number of curved arched openings in that. Basically to do the trim you need to make extrusions in plan(these will follow the curve in plan and be taller than you need) for each "bump" in the trim, then in elevation void them out to make the arch shapes.
