calculated value from schedules to show up in room tag

I have added a calculated value to a room schedule that will display the Area x (Factor). It's basically a recalculated area that we call Gross Leaseable Area. Now I want this new value to show up in our room tags instead of the default area. How is this possible?

It is not possible to display calculated values in a tag at this time. It is a wishlist item. Tags are made outside the project environment and the parameter exists in the project environment. There is no way to connect the dots unfortunately.
