Okay, we've got a building that uses a water source heat pump. So I created one based on the little knowledge that I have of building MEP families, using the VAV box as a starting point. Problem is, half the stuff in that, I do not know what I am doing.

So, our heat pump has a supply air connector, a return air connector, electrical connectors and water & condensate connectors.

Now, when we try to make it part of a system, there are no autoroute solutions provided. What am I doing wrong that it won't detect an autoroute solution?

Also... We've tried to just run ductwork, connecting a main line to some supply air diffusers. What happens is, the main duct is located at 11'-10" off the level. When we connect the flex duct, it connects to some strange connection, -279' south and -183' below the actual building, where there is no connector or supply air diffuser. HUH? What are we doing incorrectly here? We have the diffusers locked and aligned to the ceiling grid, so we know they are placed correctly. Does this cause issues with connectors though? And why, if we try to attach to any diffuser, does it always go to the same phantom connector?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Dataset would be necessary to troubleshoot this one...sorry for the short response, I'm out of the office at training and need to get to sleep. Autodesk Support or your Reseller is your best bet for help with this one.
