Unhide issue

I have hidden building elevation symbols from view for a particular. Now I want to unhide the elevation symbol and I can not select it to unhide the symbol.
Does anyone have any ideas on why I can't select it to unhide?

Sorry! I found the solution. I had to window the object not pick the object I wanted to unhide.

Are you using 2008? If so, use the reveal Hidden Elements icon in the view control bar at the bottom of the drawing window. It's a lightbulb icon.
