Hand Rail Hosting

Is it at all possible to get a hand rail to be hosted to the slope of a wall which has been cut a an angle, or should i be trying something different for th same effect?

Revit will not allow a wall to host a railing. This is an old wish from prehistoric times. There are a few tricks available, like a thin floor on top of the wall; extending the stairs into the wall and then offsetting the railing. I'm sure there are some others. Anyone else?

You should be able to do a stair hosted railing that has an offset (half your wall thickness) and the result should look like what you're after. Split the sketch to obtain the horizontal section and if they try to slope, force them to be horizontal by selecting the segment and choosing the correct option from the option bar while editing the railing sketch.
