AutoCAD 2008 Paperspace dims move when switching between Model/Paper Space

We've run into an issue here at my office and was wondering if there's a fix for it. What's happening is we're creating a string of dimensions on a paper space tab then if we switch to the model tab and then return to the paperspace tab without making any changes to the model the dimensions are not in the same place we've put them and have randomly moved. Is anyone experiencing this as well? And what do we need to do to top it from happening?

Are you moving or deleting any of the entities that the dimensions are attached to?
