Heating and Cooling Constructions?

Today, while doing a purge unused, under Other Styles is something called "Heating and Cooling Constructions." I can't seem to figure what these are, or where I can find information on it. Can anybody help me out? Thanks!

I think these are related to Revit MEP items--so if you are working w/ MEP Engineers
using Revit MEP the two packages work together.....
