I suggest adding an option to the annotation insert tools to allow for scale adjustment.
The out-of-the-box ADT callout symbols are defined at a scale with the attribute text height at 1". The annotation insert tools (and commands) automatically scale the callout blocks upon insertion according to the drawing setup standard text height and the current scale setting. As our standard office symbols (for vanilla AutoCAD) are defined at a scale of 1 (attribute text height is 3/32"), they do not scale properly with the ADT annotation insert tools. Therefore, new office symbols need to be created at a new scale in order to work with the ADT tools - or we customize new tools and lose some of the out-of-the-box tools. A scale adjustment option will help facilitate using callout blocks of any scale and avoid the extra hassles.
