stacked walls locking...

If I vertically stack a wall on top of another - sometimes they will automatically lock other to each other and sometimes they wont. What determines whether this happens or not? - personally I find that when it does automatically lock it is very annoying, I would like to not have this happen if there is a method I can use to achieve this?

If the wall was created full height then split, it will stay aligned and locked. If you just draw walls on top of each other they wont lock unless you align and lock them.

Thank you :) Handy to know these things, I couldnt work out why sometimes they did not lock....... They also seem to lock if you copy then paste aligned to another level. I must admit I do not like this auto locking feature.

I hadn't realized they locked with copy paste align.
