Surface pattern

The out of the box surface patterns in revit are a start. Is it possible to locate any others?
The wood shake pattern is fine for a project on which I am working yet I am to be printing at 1/4" = 1'-0" so it shrinks according to my drawing scale.

any. pat file works with revit. read the stock revit.pat file for instructions on making model pats vs drafting.

Most AutoCAD patterns are suitable if suitably scaled.
