Just received my subscription renewal offer from my reseller. One price for basic subscription and another for subscription plus support. Hope I'm wrong but seems one has to pay extra for support nowadays. Can this be right ???

This is probably reseller support that is being listed for the extra fee. Probably not the adsk web support.

Support? I thought that's what this forum is for. :p
I do use reseller support once in a while, but I also 'trained' our new supplier's help desk guy. I helped him get familiar with Revit on his previous job.

Aaron is correct. All subscription customers have access to Autodesk web based support. The re-seller may be adding another level of support to that which includes live phone support from them directly.
