A typical engineering standard is to dimension to the vertical web face for a channel and single angles. Currently the Revit families are modeled to the centroid of the shape which makes aligning webs very time-consuming. The beam property "lateral justification" should be the solution to this but unfortunately it doesn't work for asymmetrical shapes. Please fix the "Side 1" and "Side 2" lateral justifcations for asymmetrical shapes in the next build.
