Anatation Help

Hey folks I created a floor joist system and am trying to put in the sizing annotation and when I try to load it, I get a message that it is loaded but it wont show up on the menu.

Maybe I am using it incorrectly, maybe someone can tell me the correct way to use them.

I have attached the annotations that I am trying to use

Well I figured it out, I needed to got to the drafting tab and pick 'detail component' and whola there they are.
