Hi All!
I am currently working on a four storey sloping parking area. Is there a way of automatically numbering or tagging all my stalls without going to each and every stall and changing the designated number like in tag-tag all not tagged command?

There is the tag all not tagged, the parking stall tag is in the civil folder of the standard installed annotations families.
However, the mark of the parking component does not autmatically fill itself out like a door which autoincrements,
create a working schedule and do your numbering in a schedule instead

An autonumber tool for doors, windows, parking stalls, anything, would be great. I remember a Lisp routine in autocad that would do this. Invoke the command, set a start number and increment, and then just click tags or objects in the order you want them to be.

What I have done to solve the same problem of the city wanting to see each and every stall numbered is to export my plan to Auto CAD and use the lisp as mentioned above to number the stalls, then i erase the plan and link the numbers into revit. This will save you alot of time and not to mention prevent you from pulling your hair out.

Well its not that smart in the long run but you could nest a door family(that just contained a line or something in it, that was shared into your parking family then create a door tag that had no line around it. Now tag your parking spaces(actually the door nested into it). then in your door schedule just filter out that door typ.

Now that certainly is beyond the average thought process... of course you then have to filter your door schedules but...
