Parcel Area Fill

Hi,

I'm playing with parcel styles and have a question about Parcel Area Fill.
I've made 3 parcel styles, set them by desired display order on my Site, and set them with Parcel Area Fill turned ON. In one case I have hatch style ANSI31 (see pictures attached), in other case I tried to use SOLID hatch. If I use SOLID hatch pattern I don't see my parcel lines anymore. Being more precise, I see some of them.
Is there a way I can send parcel hatch patterns behind parcel lines?
Could it be some system variable?

You can use draw order (Display order on the Popup menu) and select your Fill layer and send it to the back or under your property lines.

This helped. I couldn't select fill layer exclusively, but I selected all my parcels, sent them back and - yess - my parcel lines are in front of fill. Here's how it looks.
