Stem wall not connecting to wall correctly

I created my model walls first, then added in a concrete floor, followed by the stem wall/footings. I realized I wanted to show my stem wall extending all the way up to my wall, not stopping at the floor, so I set the top constraint for the stem wall to my FINISH FLOOR level, but my stem wall shows as stopping at the under side of the floor, I checked my floor settings and the top of the concrete floor is my FINISH FLOOR level. The base constraint of my exterior walls is also FINISH FLOOR. There is no offset on my stem wall, just the top constraint at FINISH FLOOR. Why on earth is my stem wall not connecting to my exterior wall??? See attached for clarification.

Kelli, you might have joined the top of your stem walls to the floor above when you added them, since the floor was created first. Try detaching the stem walls from the floor.
