Is it possible to get Revit to export a sheet to AutoCAD with attributes in the titleblock for drawing title etc so that it could better integrate with document management software?

Nope, Revit exports to text.

Would be worth looking at to see if Revit's exporting exended entity data to these elements. (...haven't looked myself.)

If I ever get my programmer mate to not be so busy I was going to get him to look at using the API to create a export tool that extracts the parameters and converts them to attributes.
Not sure if its possible yet though.

It would be interesting to know if this is possible - I wonder what the developers think?
Thanks

I'm thinking a way to do it would be programmatically in ACAD: You have text in certain locations and you convert them to attributes, then collect them into a block and insert. Easy, right?
