How to change the default tag used on objects?

I created a door tag that displays the size of the door only, for use in a pre-engineered metal building pacakge I'm trying to get out. The building manufacturer only needs to know door sizes at this point. I loaded the tag in the project, and when I do Tag > By Category, it uses the new door tag I created when I hover over a door.

However, after this package is released, I will be doing the full architectural package for the building. How can I make it use my regular door tag when I hover over a door, instead of having to tag the door with the new tag, and then select it and change it back to my regular door tag?

After you've selected "Tag" in the Design Bar, click on the "Tags..." button in the Options Bar. Then you can select the default tag for each category.

This option is also available in the settings menu > annotations > loaded tags...
