Revision block not correct

I have added a revsion to a callout and when I view the sheet revision block my third revision is above the first revision. I have now placed the revision on the sheet as well as the callout - I get the same revision on top & at bottom - any answers to this? see attached files

Hi!
It seems that someone may have added an extra label to your title block family. I am not 100% sure, but I would look there first to see if the revisions are out of order or another one has been added from some reason.

My guess is sorting. The revision block is a schedule, and has “sorting/grouping” properties like any other.

I would agree with that assessment. Sorting could be the problem, but then the same revision shows up twice so I am thinking someone duplicated a label or something to that effect.

If the same revision shows up more that once, assure that “Itemize Every Instance” is unchecked.
