Noting a Drafting View?

I have several drafting views/details that are only 2D linework. Since there are lines only (no model components), I can't use the keynote tool to attach my notes to it. What can I do to get similar results to the Quickleader command in AutoCAD?

Use the text tool, it has leaders on the Optio bar. If you were using Detail Components versus Detail lines you could attach Keynotes to Detail Components. Using Detail Components (similar to AutoCAD blocks) is far more efficient than drawing everything with Detailed Lines.
