View Full Version : Animating a Biped's Footsteps Along a Path?

Is creating footsteps along a path possible? Am I overlooking something that does this? I can create multiple footsteps, but they're in a straight line? It seems that, unless it's an even bend, you have to manually place each step that isnbn't on that straight line...

Ah, that looks pretty good, but I'm wondering if the footsteps follow the path, or if it just drags the biped around, which can be done by linking a dummy to the biped and using a path constraint on the dummy...

I'll try it tonight and see if it works. I've gotten around it for now by creating a few footsteps, bending them, then creating a few more, bending them, etc.
