How do you reassociate a level?

Are you asking about assigning a view to a different level? You can't. Make a new view assigned to the correct level. View menu > Floor or Ceiling Plan tool > choose the correct level and scale. A view is always and forever associated with a specific level and sometimes people will duplicate a view and rename it thinking that is how they create new levels. Views are based on actual levels not the reverse.
