Fill Region Oddity?

Just discovered that if you have a fill region with a boundary line, say set to a value of 3, and then you turn off the line type '3' the boundary of the fill region will of course disappear but the interesting thing is that you can no longer edit the fill region. It is essentially locked until you turn back on the line type '3'.

In 2008, if you reveal the hidden elements, you can edit the filled region, with grips or sketch editing, without turning the category back on.
