Family Not Showing up in Cropped Drafting View

I have a family that dissapears when I crop the drafting view. It will actually show up when I set the crop boundary to about 3/4 of the families height. But if I pull it any lower, the family dissapears?????

I posted the family. I would post the drafting view as well, but I don't have a quick method for exporting a portion of a project yet. Still a newbie.

is the family that disappears contained in a wall, roof etc?
if so then if your cut plain is above of below where the object is, then its not going to show.

No, its just a detail component. It doesn't have to do witht the cut plane since this is a 2d element. As I mentioned, it is visible until I pull the view crop boundary too tight, then it dissapears. ?????

Its do with your annotation crop region. If you adjust your annotation crop region to include the entire family or disable the annotation crop region in view properties the detail component shows fine.
