Base offset problem with roofs

When I draw roofs with a base offset of 0, they are automatically coming in offset 10'.

Have I changed some setting I'm not aware of?

It could be that the roof itself is not offset, but the lines that you have drawn to form the roof are individually offset.
Select one of the the sketch lines and check in it's properties...
