Very Nice!!
If I may offer one suggestion? I noticed that you have some track lighting inside....you might want to leave some of them on rather than accepting Revit's question about turning them off.
Sometimes, depending on the image, it is really cool to have a few accent lights on to make the drawing look "deeper" and richer. It is worth it sometimes.
Great work again. (I really like the canopy structure with the modeled sign!)

Nice rendering, Hiroshi. Although, the canopy doesn't look as real as the rest of the rendering. The texture of the canopy looks a bit cartoonish.

Very nice rendering. The outdoor planting is a nice design touch. Is this an independant shop or a chain?

Yeah the awning is kind of dumb... it is an existing condition so I didn't spend much time on that...

as far as turning the lights off... I didnt!! For some reason they don't want to work for me...quite frustrating actually.

Kabloom is an franchise company so each store is owned by frachisees.
