At a guess, create the part, by extruding a plan and then using another part to subtract the unwanted bits. (if you get what I mean)
Then create a cylinder with a slice out of it so you have two bits negative and positive (like a slice out of a cake)
Create a copy of the model and on one version subtract the small
section (the slice of cake) and the other the large.
Set a view point and put the two parts on different layers, and put them together to form the part.
Turn the slice layer off and render, then vice versa and take a screen shot or render hidden.
Put it in photoshop and splice the two images together.
Was I close?

Can we do it without photoshop?
3D Max can, there is should be a way ACAD can do too...

Thanks All of you to reply my Thread,
This Entire Model Made in AutoCAD 2004, Nothing is PhotoShoped, All is done in AutoCAD 2004,
Actually the Model is in Two Pieces, One is Render and other one is not,
After Completeing the Model to Give This Effect
I've Used These COMMANDS -
SLICE
DELETE
RENDER
OOPS
AND SELECT
Hope You'll get what i have explaind!!!!
Should you have further query about this model, i'd be most willing to satisfy it,
Warm Regards

Ahh ok!!
Let Me Explain..
First Of All You Have to Complete Your Model,
Now Slice Your Model In Two Halves,
Here The Tricks Begin:-....
Now Delete The Part Which You Want To See In Wire Frame,
Issue The Render Command To Render The Model,
Now Issue The Command OOPS To Recall The Deleted Half Of Model
You Will Not Able To See That Recalled Half In Render Screen,
So You Just Pick That Recalled Half With Your Mouse Without Issuing Any Command and That Model Will Appear In Wire Frame,
Now What You'll Get is A Render And Wire Frame Model Together On One Screen,
ENJOY!!!!

That's really interesting. I love workarounds that allow you to do things you technically aren't supposed to be able to do... Nice! :)

Thanks Stusic!!!
This trick is only to holding the attentions of others to show what you can do with autocad,
You can Make your Model Technically and use this trick to make effictive presentation,
Technique and Fun Both in AUTOCAD, :D
