Wall won't wrap

I've got a cavity brick wall with the ends set to wrap at exterior, ... but it won't :shock:
I've double checked both type properities and structure and its definately set to wrap in both.

Anyone elese had this happen ?

I tried this with a double stud wall with the same result. Only the finish layers will wrap, not the core. You would have to specify the cavity as the core, and classify the masonry as substrate. This may not be satisfactory either.

I did that .... just to prove to myself that it would work :shock: It does.

But hey, I agree, who would want to do that !

Think I'll stick with a filled region over the end with detail lines.

Obviously the filled region with detail lines you can copy endlessly, but the other solution is to use the <edit cut profile> tool. It's slightly longer winded but can be very useful.

I probably shouldn't admit this, but up to now, I've always used "edit cut profile" on sections. Didn't think to use it on plans. But of course it works equally well there. :oops:
