profiles in family

Hi
Created a profile. Placed dimensions and created parameters.
Created a family. Placed a sweep. Created a catalog. Attached the profile. Profile reads catalog but when I try to adjust parameters nothing happens. I know it is possible because if I open C-Channel.rfa I can adjust parameters. Spent all weekend trying to get it to work. Any help will be appreciated.

If you did assign some parameters to the profile family and you want to be able to adjust the parameter values of the profile in family. You have to treat the profile as a nested family which means in the host family you will have to select the profile go to element properties and re assign or link new parameters to the existing parameters so you will be able to change the sizes.
Since you already created a catalog file for the profile all you have to do is to select the correct profile size to use

NELSON.N24 is correct you must verify you are assigning the parameters to the nested family. Even if your using shared parameters you still have to manually assign them.
