Exporting ACIS solids to Building Systems

We are trying to export backgrounds for our engineers using Building Systems. I'm folloing the Autodesk whitepaper on exporting 3D floor slices to a seperate file as an ACIS solid as the background file.

The file seems to come out OK, but I lose all of my ceiling grids. Does anyone have any experience using Revit and Building Systems?

My ceiling exports well. Make sure that you are in a 3D view and that the ceiling category is on.
Check if they could be on an hidden layer based on the export settings
