Hi Can you use autocad library into revit programs .

Of course. There are multiple ways to use DWG files inside of Revit. Use as plan underlays, import to drafting views, use as detail component families, just to name a few.

Just break the DWG down to only what you want to use in Revit and save the file as something new, then go to File Import/Link, and click CAD Formats. Then if you can... use Full Explode and change hatches into filled regions and notes into your desired font and text.
