Roof Slope

Did any one figure out about the roof slope labeling thing. I would like to label the slope on a roof let alone make an annotation on the drawing. Are they going to come up with some drafting tool so I wont have to transfer the drawing to ACAD to finish the construction DWG.

In the past, I have used legend views and/or annotation components as a slope tag.

There is no built-in method to tag the slope.

I ended up drawing a 3' X 6' perpendicular lines and throwing some text.

you can make general annotation families to make all these tags, and arrows, etc that you need to make your CD. If you have already made it in acad, you can import to revit as a starting point.

Once it is made you have it for your template and other jobs.
